Historical Sunday in Monona

The Historic Blooming Grove Historical Society sent along the following announcement about two events next Sunday, September 11:


The Monona Landmarks Commission has updated and reprinted its book "City of Monona: Its Heritage and Landmarks" originally published in 1980.  It will be for sale at Bungalowen Cottage, 5805 Winnequah Road, from 2-4 pm on Sunday Sept. 11th.  The Cottage and other Monona landmarks will be open to tour.

ALSO, on Sunday Sept. 11th the DEAN HOUSE will be open for its regular Second Sunday Open House and Tours from 2-4 pm. 

Make Sunday a special "history day" by visiting these historic landmarks.
