By the way, during discussion of the Phase Two design, the Monona Drive ad hoc committee compromised at 8' (down from 10') and reaffirmed the 8' width on two other occasions.

The police union signed the two-year agreement for 2009-2010. The furlough issue has apparently been resolved by one officer voluntarily agreeing to sit for 15 days without pay.
This is crazy. The best line from Dr. Suess here is "here come clown feet."
