At 4:30-ish, turnout in Monona had passed 45%. In the 2009 Spring general leection, turnout was 40% when the polls closed. Possibly headed for a record Spring turnout. The city clerk Joan Andrusz wisely ordered many extra ballots and is still in good shape.

Turnout is very high across the state. That spells trouble for Kloppenburg.
