According to a post by Scott Beedy on Channel3000's community web pages a slow, no wake order has been issued for Lake Monona..

This order is only for Lake Monona and not any other lakes in the Yahara Chain. It went into effect at sunrise, Saturday July 24th.
Lake Monona was at el. 846.9' this morning (July 25), up 0.63' since July 22.
