South Towne Renascence? Monona Business News from the Cap Times

This article in the THE CAPITAL TIMES says a new owner has plans to revamp for South Towne.

Also, a new business association has formed on Broadway, called the Broadway Business Association.

And the Broadway Station (the development behind Cranberry Creek)

Work is also progressing on Broadway Station, a new office and retail complex at Bridge Road and West Broadway in Madison. Owner Scott Norton said Milestone Assisted Living, the first office tenant in the $8 million, two-story building, expects to move in on Feb. 2.

A second office tenant, Power System Engineering, expects to move in March 1. A Dairy Queen is slated to open May 1.
