Monona Council Candidates

City clerk Joan Andrusz sent along the city council candidates. There are five candidates for four seats. The 4th place finisher will serve a one-year term. Here they are: Dennis Kugle, Kathy Thomas, Lisa jo VonAllmen, Jeff Wiswell and Chad Speight.

    I live near Chad and just noticed his signs announcing that his run for the Monona council. Where can I find more information? I'd like to know what issues are important to him how he is different that whomever he is running against. Does Chad have a website?
