The Wisconsin Book Festival comes to Monona on Wednesday, October 18 from to 6:30 - 8:00 PM with Stories Off the Shelf by some great storytellers. The Wisconsin Book Festival is a great event that keeps getting better - it really seem to be hitting its stride. It runs from October 18 to 22 at venues mainly around the Madison area. The annual Friends of Monona Public Library's Used Books Sale is coming soon! Saturday October 21 from 10 am to 4 pm and the always popular Bag Sale on Sunday October 22 from 1 pm to 3 pm. At the library as always.
Buy some cheap books (the price not the quality) and help a good cause. While you're at it sign up and become amember of the Friends.
