Don't blink or you will miss the Monona City Council meeting on March 1, 2010.

Yeah, yeah, we are authorizing issuing $9.1M in bonds for capital projects, but this is the final detail (and more correctly this is $6.35M in new borrowing and $2.75M in refinancing).
