Monona author Richard Chamberlin is doing a reading from his book Hitchhikng from Vietnam:Seeking the Ox at the Monona Public Library at 6:30 pm Wednesday Dec. 2.

Rich relates that, "The book is a story about me trying to figure out my life after I returned from Vietnam in 1969 and is written as a memoir based around a hitchhiking trip I took from Madison to California in 1975. It came out in 2007 and is available at libraries, through my website and at local bookstores."
