In case you missed it in the WSJ: Monona plans low-power radio station WSJ 8:13 pm

Nice story, I would only caution that as we are dealing an FCC in transition that it may take longer than the story suggests.

    The sooner the better so we can take control of our radio and tv broadcasts in Monona.
    Charter's recent branding as the worst in consumer affairs emphasizes the need to find another means of making PEG services available to the citizenry. Radio, internet streaming, another source for a cable channel...all free us from corporate control.
    Put the people back in Public Control of local affairs.
