Monona alders will be on hand at the Monona Farmer’s Market this Sunday, June 29. Bob Miller and I will be there for the early shift and Kathy Thomas and Jeff Wiswell will be there later in the morning. (Chad Speight is unavailable and word is pending on Mayor Robb Kahl and alder Dennis Kugle).
The Monona Farmers Market takes place at Ahuska Park on East Broadway every Sunday this year from May 4 - October 26, 2008.
A wag commented that this is a chance to buy locally-produced fresh fruit and vegetables while talking to some nuts.
