Monona Police Detective Lieutenant Rich O'Connor emails that the Monona Grove Optimists-Winterfest is coming up soon (February 23 at Winnequah School/Park) and Raffle Tickets are on sale now.
You can stop by the police station before the event and the Optimists will be at Walmart in Monona with a display set up the next 3 Saturdays from 9am to noon. Chief Wally Ostrenga and Detective Lieutenant Rich O'Connor are Board members and have the tickets for sale.
Raffle tickets are $1.00 each or $5.00 for 6 tickets. Proceeds support the Monona Grove Optimists . Here are some beneficiaries of the MG Optimists:
