The Cap Times ran a story by Karyn Saemann with the names of the three finalists for the Monona city administrator position yesterday. Dang! I meant to post this a week or so ago and got caught up watching the Brewers and forgot to post it.
As accurately stated in the Cap Times, "The finalists to replace him are Jeremy Smith, assistant village administrator in Sussex, Wis.; Patrick Marsh, village administrator in Coal Valley, Ill.; and James Gitz, chief legal counsel for the city of Urbana, Ill. Gitz is also the former mayor of Freeport, Ill."
The candidates are coming to town on Friday for a meet-and-greet and beginning the interview process. The interviews are scheduled for Saturday morning with a likely decision that morning.
