Did you catch this story in the Cap Times about grifting in Monona? (Grifting is a form of a con game or swindle.)
The part that I liked was that the criminal grifter is a "very thin" white woman in her mid- to late 20s and "has a tattoo on her upper right arm of a heart with the word 'Mom' inside of it." Ahh, the criminal class - their stupidity is one reason the jails and prisons are overflowing (another reason is society's stupidity for locking up hundreds of thousands of nonviolent offenders for long periods on our dime).
