R.I.P. Jazz
Labels:
Jazz
It's a sad, sad day at our house. We had to put down Jazz, our beloved English Springer Spaniel. He had some sort of wasting disease and he gradually just faded away. He was a great dog with all the energy and love that typifies Springers. This loss is tough - the kids all grew up with Jazz. He loved going to our house in the woods outside Bayfield and would literally 'spring' through the trees. He was Susan's running companion for years and they were well known around Monona as the running lady with the black-and-white dog. Years after the kids stopped running to the door when I got home from work I could always count on Jazz to be there jumping up on me. Rest in peace Jazzer.

I'm glad to see at least 2 members of the Monona City Council have compassion and a sense of outrage over the gratuitous "magnanimity" so far displayed by the Johnses and the City Council in general. What admirable city fathers doth they represent!
ReplyDeleteLooks like the Johnses plan to take their haul to hell with them (at their age), while the majority of the Council is so lacking in creativity, it boggles the cretin mind.
I'd bet a whole dollar bill the rest of that crew claims to be God-fearing Christians. Some farce. Guess the Johns and the Council would prefer a lawsuit after the fact--a likely happening.
And now the tenants are being blackmailed into silence for their uppity use of the media!! They are supposed to grin and bear it in complete silence while the Johns and Metcalfe complete this "Taking" without repercussions--with threat of withdrawal of the 'bonus" and time extensions. The sleazy Power of the Moneybags has no shame!!!! Let alone Christian charity or even moral indignation. Off with their Heads.
