Just a quick book post. The NYT released its top 10 books of 2006 recently. The page also has links to prior year's top ten lists going back to 1997.
The lists are split between fiction and nonfiction. As usual, I recognize most of the nonfiction books and few of the fiction. I do read a fair amount of fiction, but apparently not at the NYT highborw standards.
