Is speeding really a problem in Monona?

I hear people say that speeding is a problem in Monona. Do you agree? What street (aside from Monona Drive) is the worst?

    Tecumseh. And yes, we think it is all those Pocahontas people. We love them although please keep it under 50. Maybe they have lots of teenagers?

    Winnequah Road is a problem...especially as people come over the hill heading down towards the Maywood/Winn intersection. And also when they come from the opposite end of Winnequah and make that turn near Maywood Road to head west, there is a lot of tire squealing in the evening hours.
