The Other Bad Smell

I only have time for a very brief post right now, but there is good article in today's Milwaukee JS summarizing state employees' views on Walker's budget despair bill. It's not the pension contribution or the increase in the health insurance premium share that has people upset, frustrated, angry, and/or fearful. We don't like it, but that's not the big issue. It's the destruction of collective bargaining for almost all public employees (state, local, public schools) that is the big issue.
